Terms of Service
General Terms-I reserve the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, gallery, commission sheets, and social media unless otherwise requested by the client.-If you wish for your commission not to be publicly displayed, please let me know beforehand.-If you post the commissioned artwork publicly, proper credit is appreciated.-Final files are typically delivered via email to preserve image quality. Alternative delivery methods may be discussed if necessary.-Please provide clear references and descriptions of your character and/or request to help me accurately understand what you're looking for.-If you're interested in something not listed on my commission sheet (chibis, custom requests, etc.), feel free to ask and we can discuss it.Payment-After receiving your request, I will provide a sketch for approval.-Once the sketch is approved, full payment is required before I continue working on the commission.-Payments are accepted through PayPal.-Please only place an order if you're certain about your request.-Refunds are generally not available after work has begun, unless I am unable to complete the commission myself.Turnaround Time-Delivery times vary depending on complexity, workload, and real-life circumstances.-I generally aim to complete commissions within one month.-If any significant delays occur, I will notify you as soon as possible.Revisions-Revisions during the sketch phase are free.-Major changes are only allowed during the sketch phase.-Up to 3 major revisions may be requested during sketching.
Minor revisions may be requested during later stages (up to 5).-Excessive revision requests may be declined.-Once the sketch has been approved, major changes may incur additional fees.
